TiVo Bolt issues

I got a TiVo Bolt and using Plex is giving me some issues.

1) Every movie that I rip has an AC3 5.1 track and an AAC stereo track. Until I start the movie and then manually choose the AC3 track, it will always play the AAC track. They all look similar to this (from mediainfo):

2) After starting/stopping a few movies just to test, the screen goes a white-fuzzy and nothing I do besides unplugging the HDMI and plugging it back in will get me video back on my TV.
