Ive got a rasp pi3 running rasplex, and its all working perfectly (mostly).
the only issue is volume control via the android app when playing music, it just doesnt work
When playing music on the rasplex(which is connected to my amplifier in garage and plays over ceiling speakers in house) I can start, stop, play, pause, skip etc from the android app, but I cant control the volume, I just get this error message as attached (Volume not supported)(https://us.v-cdn.net/6025034/uploads/editor/z3/c2xvb4i8l9eu.png "")
The strange part is, I can control the volume of a video when thats playing, so my current workaround is to just start a video, adjust the volume, then go back to my music, but its a bit of a pain.
I tested this morning opening the app on my tablet and remote controlling that from my phone, and the volume control works, so I updated rasplex to the latest version, but its still no go.
surely, if its possible to control the volume in a video, its possible in music?
any pointers?
