How to generate crash/bug report

Hardware: Amazon Fire TV (4k version) with Fire OS 5.2.1.0

Plex version: 4.29.1.7

Issue: regular hanging/freezing when app not used for a period of time. Simply leaving the app and returning to the homescreen or staying in the app but resuming from sleep leads to random hanging. App will randomly completely freeze usually showing the startup Plex logo and simply hangs there indefinitely. Fire TV otherwise operates normally and other apps are not affected. I can't discern a particular pattern to the behaviour.

Request: How do I generate a crash report or what logs can I provide to help diagnose this? Could you lay it out step by step? Twice I have been presented with the option of making a report but these were the only 2 times I was automatically offered this option out of the 20+ occurrences.

Edit: I should add that I've enabled 'logging to device' in the privacy menu but the given URL (http://192.168.49.1:32500/logging) just times out. Not sure of the particulars but that looks like it's running on it's own subnet (49) so perhaps that's causing some issue connecting to it?
