Stopped being able to access PMS "Network connection lost."

Hi,

Just recently my plex has being running really slowly, taking ages to load menus etc regardless of which client I use. I noticed a tv show had downloaded but was not showing on my iPad, so I tried logging into PMS but I get the message cannot open page, network connection lost. I've tried from my iPad and desktop, I've tried restarting PMS and restarting the NAS but no joy. No problems with any websites that I've noticed. I did login a couple of days ago, so not sure what's changed since then.

Any ideas?
