Plex player for LG tv vs. Plex player for xBox one

I tried the version of plex player (ver 2.7.2.70) for xbox one and plex player (ver3.13.14) for LG smart tv. They have a very different interface. On xbox is the new one while on LG tv it is the oldest. Do you know if the new interface version will also be implemented on LG?
