Hi everyone,
I am the plex on my HTC U11 phone with Android 8.0. I noticed that the app freezes on the splash screen when I gave it the Storage permission. When I remove the permission from the app, I am able to start the app.
I tried to delete the cache, local files and even deleted the app and downloaded it again from the Play Store, but it only freezes when I give Plex app the Storage permission.
I am also using the Plex app on my Android tablet with SD card, running Android 7.0, but on this tablet it runs without any issues.
Is it possible that the Plex app have some issues with storage permissions on Android 8.0?
Does someone else have this issue as well? Or is there something else I can try to make it work on my phone?
