Hardware transcoding not working on NUC7 i3-7100U

hi all,

i recently purchased a NUC 7th gen i3-7100u and with plex pass i cant get the transcoding work. Its working on my QNAP TS-251+ however even tough choosing different options on transcoding section, nothing worked so far. Any ideas?
