Plex won't open on laptop

Hi all,

This has probably been discussed previously but I am unable to get an answer on the web.

My Plex player won't launch on my laptop. I try to open it, the cursor spins for a couple of seconds then nothing.

The player itself is streaming to my Now TV box but I can't get it to launch on my Vaio to access the settings.

I've tried opening it as Admin & my login, all to no avail. I have also done a delete & re-install but the same problem still exists.

I'm running W10, Sony Vaio & Bullguard security.

Any ideas?
