Plex Media Server not responding

I am unable to play videos in my Watch Later Que from the Chrome browser from the Desktop that is running PMS if I am signed into PMS. I get the generic message saying Plex Media Server not responding if I am signed into PMS. My server has a green Lock icon. I can not access my videos from my Roku 2 box, I get video unavailable. I enabled logging have attached the log file. The log is showing a Network Service Error (Error in browser handle read: 995) I can watch the videos if I sign out of the PMS.
Has anyone had problems like this? Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thank You.
