Hello. I have pms on a synology and I have a plex pass for life account. On my Samsung galaxy tab I have a 32 gb card. In sync settings I have destination set correctly. I select a video for sync and after some time verify it is now on the local tablet. The video shows up correctly under local content. When I attempt to play the content I see an error "unfortunately plex has stopped". If I use a file browser I can navigate to the sdcard, find, and play the file1.mp4 and it works just fine so i don't think the problem is with the actual content. I have tried Uninstall and reinstall multiple times but with same result. I am using the latest app. Any tips on what I'm doing wrong? Thanks all!
