Looking for some support on some issues i am having as below.
Background:
I use my home PC as the PMS hub. From there i usually stream my media to either my Android Phone or Tablet (both Galaxy devices) where i have the plex apps installed.
A couple of months back i noticed that when streaming music from PMS to these devices the playback feature on Plex app has regressed somewhat.
Issues:
Gapless Playback: appears to be broken. Previously this seemed to work fine but now when listening to albums (of various file types) tracks dont immediately strart when one ends....in fact when listening to an album it can take anwhere from 5 to 16 seconds for the next track to play....this for me is unusable.
Random Skipping: It appears that during playback when a track tries to load and fails as above when a lengthy gap happens the PMS just skips 1 sometimes 2 tracks on album playback....again this for me is unusable.
Unresponsivness: When i encounter points 1 and 2 above i then find that if i try and stop/skip or change the track or album everything becomes unresponsive.
These issues have only appeared over the past couple of months after years of perfect playback
Whats going on guys???
