I'm always running last version, and for the last month, especially since the new design of the windows store plex app I can't watch anything fluently. Now when I am watching an episode for 10 minutes of play time, today it was 11 minutes where both video and audio is "Direct steam" Yet plex.tv/ web app in a web browser says that it is "transcoding (throttled)" It shouldn't be transcoding at all when it is direct steam... This also happens during when either video or audio is not direct steam, and has to be transcoded. According to PlexPy plugin, the steam's transcode is fixed at 0.0 in speed, as the task manager on the windows 10 pro aniversary pc running the plex server reveals by stating 0% CPU usage on the transcode process.
Sometimes the video resumes, I noticed it when someone else started watching something too on my server.
