I am experiencing a never ending buffer upon initial resume of a video..
I am using server version 3.39.5
The network traffic of the server shows plenty of data going out, around a 100mb constant as long as I am willing to wait. Have waited as long as 5 minuites. Usually takes 2 or less seconds to start playing.
So, the video finally played after about 10 minutes. It seems like the buffer is starting from the beginning of the file and tries to load everything up to the point you want to resume. I.E. if the file is 10gb and you are half way, it has to load 5gb before it will play.
Anyone else seeing this lately.
as a side note, this just started happening so I am thinking a bug in a recent version.
