PMS Shield offline and "localhost" issue

Hi to all,

after restarting my shield, the PMS "Shield Android TV" went offline and appeared "localhost" PSM (online) which is exactly the copy of "Shield Android TV "(f.e. it's linked to the same folder on NAS).

I tried to restart again, to remove app cache but anything changed.

Localhost works well, but i would know the reason of this issue?
