Adding TV series to library

I'm trying to add Will & Grace to my TV series library but I'm having no luck. I'm not quite understanding how the naming system works for TV shows. Mine are on my hard drive as follows:
E:TV Shows/TV Shows/Will & Grace/Season 01/Will & Grace 1-1-1.mp4 with subsequent numbering of files.
1-1-1 means season 1 disc 1 episode1 and so on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
