Howdy,
Every once in a while Plex will show that a certain episode of a TV show as unavailable. However, the episode will play just fine. When I look up the file on the server, it also will show as unavailable. However, when I click to see why it thinks it is unavailable, it will show two files for that episode. One of which is there and one of which is not. I've tried to do a Scan Library Files but it still wants to look for both files.
Is there some way to tell Plex that as long as it finds one file for an episode, it shouldn't show the episode as Unavailable? And, is the only way to fix it to open up each episode that shows this way and manually delete the file that's not there?
