Win7 Player unable to connect to Cloud

This is not a PMS question, but couldn't find category for Win7 Players

Win7 Laptop Player works great local network with PMS
But, attempting to access cloud times out
The player shows the cloud source, even the libraries synced, even goes to pre-play screen, then times out.
Message "There was a problem playing this item, The video did not start playing in time"

I looked around for a few hours in forums, but didn't find anything.
My android accesses cloud fine, Android didn't find local PMS, but adjusted firewall, then fine

Any ideas ?

I am suspecting firewall. That's going to get a little complicated if firewalls keep preventing Win7 Laptop from connecting to Cloud
