Vizio M50-C1 won't play NFL Gamepass

I"m trying to use NFL Gamepass, and it works on my computer and IOS devices, but not on either of my Vizio TVs. One is an M50-C1, the other is a M65-C1. In both cases, I can get all the way to where I tell it to play, and it sits there, then times out with an error. I've attached two log files.
