Re-intall of Plex required the removal of Plex Server. "Programs Delete" wouldn't run. Manually deleted everything I could find or be directed to. Plex Server won't install. I get a Plex Media Server "Modify Setup" which provides a "repair" and "uninstall button". Neither of them run providing the attached log.
Help would be very much appreciated.
