Looking for any suggestions. I have been running PLEX off of my Mac desktop for several years with pretty much flawless streaming of 1080p content. Recently purchased a QNAP TVS-471to run Plex along with sering as a backup station, surveillance station and place to run a VM or 2. I am currently just running Plex. The issue I have is pixelation with 1080p. I have checked the option to leverage hardware encoding and pretty much have all the other settings the same as my Mac which when I switch over to it still streams the same files well. I have 2 - 4TB WD Red drives in RAID 0 to leverage read/write performance gains. I am recording off an HDHomeRun Extend 2 tuner network tuner and am streaming to a 2016 Samsung TV via the native Plex app, another TV via ROKU and yet another with AMAZON Fire Stick with the same results. Any initial thoughts? Thanks for your help!
