I am in the process of digitizing all my DVDs that I bought on a trip to Hungary.
I convert the movies to MP4 (keep the size down) and I label each movie with the title + year and move them to my plex server.
Plex goes and scans the library but instead of keeping the name in "Hungarian" for example (with all the accents) it goes and finds the "English" title instead.
It does download the description of the movie in Hungarian but for some reason it renames the movie on me.
I specified in my Library that's is a Movie Library in "Hungarian" but that did not change anything. It almost looks like if it can find the English version of the movie in some online database it will use that... so it basically does a "translation" of the name in Hungary to English.
I tried to select the Country setting to Hungary but it's not listed. I am not even sure if that's going to make a difference. Any know how to fix that?
