An error occurred while attempting to play video. Please try restarting both the app and the server

I have attached the android log below and I have also attached the server log. I have tried to access plex from 2 different android devices and I am getting the same error message. I can't attach a screenshot of the error b/c the message only stays on the screen for a split second. But states something like this: An error occurred while attempting to play video. Please try restarting both the app and the server. Plex is working fine using Roku. I have the newest updates from plex as well.
