Sorry for the sarcastic title. I posted in two forums and also two private messages to Plex employees with no response. It's been two weeks since the posts and about a week since the first private message. What's the proper way to get help? Previously played and new 4k content won't play since last week of january, everything else does. No hardware changes. Thanks
