I encountered a bug that causes a lower part of the Plex app window to be cut off, when switching the output to an external monitor with a different aspect ratio with the Plex Windows 10 app already running in the foreground.
For instance, when I have the Plex app running on my Surface Pro 3 and connect one of my external monitors, the app is cut off at the bottom, rendering the player controls in videos inaccessible. The external monitor is configured so that it becomes the new main monitor when connected and the Surface Pro 3 display switches off (== Win+P -> Only second screen).
Surface Pro 3 @ 2160x1440 (3:2), 150%
External monitor via mini-DP (using a HDMI-adapter): 24" FHD 1080P (16:9)
Windows 10 "Anniversary" 14393.10
Plex UWA 3.0.41 (but occurred with previous versions as well).
The only workaround I know is to restart the Plex app after connecting the external monitor.
Did anybody else encounter this issue?
Is this is a Plex app issue or UWP-API issue?
