plex could not render this content

Hi all, I have searched forum but found nothing relatively recent with any solution.

So in the last 2 weeks or so the wired UE32J5500 we have seems to through back the "Player could not render this content" error back to us. The content however does play fine on our other UE48H6400 without issue and also within the web player. The entire network is wired and both TVs have version 2.005 installed, any suggestions why one TV plays whilst the second seems to be littered with errors?

The only thing that I can think of is that the UE32J5500 updated itself a couple of weeks back which seems to coincide with this.

So would a software update on the TV affect the PLEX app?
