Why I lose all access to my server, and server configuration lost

Hello all, randomly once a day I have to restart my plexmediaserver service, even though it shows as running. Once I restart, it becomes accessible again on my clients. About 2 days ago, all of my configuration was lost. It was as if I had just re-installed. Once I reconfigured everything, it was once again accessible though now I have duplicate server entries on my clients. I haven't really found anything in the logs, can someone help point me in the right direction? Any advice or suggestions? It doesn't appear to be a resource issue, CPU and Memory are never close to 100%.

Plex Server Version: 1.10.1.4602

I am running this on CentOS Linux release 7.4.1708 (Core) Maipo.
Hardware is a Dell PowerEdge T320.
1 - Quad Core Intel Xeon
8Gb of Memory
6 - 2TB hard drives in a raid 5 attached to an H710
and 2 500Gb hard drives in a raid 1 for the OS.

The only other services I run on this, is a transmission daemon for torrents, and docker running a container for internal DNS on my network, CIFS to share out my downloads directory and media directory. I also have insync running to synchronize all of my media to my google drive.
