samsung le32d550: no remote controls

Hello
I actually have this samsung tv, playing every movies correctly from my plex media server on Linux.
But... there is absolutely no capability to remote control anything, no pause rewind forward or else.
I searched about profil or config file that could be create, but with no success. I only read somewhere that samsung player was not a "real" dlna player therefore not recognized as by the media server.
If anybody could help me, giving a clue or a "secret thing very hidden" that I could check use or try, that will be wonderfull :)
