I've been using Plex Media Server on OSX for many years, with no real issues. Recently, I installed Windows 7 on my Mac Mini via Bootcamp (as there's some other software I want to use that is Windows-only), and have been trying to get the Media Server up and running, but am having some issues.
When updating libraries, PMS takes an extremely long time. On OSX, it would update my TV Shows or Movies in a matter of minutes, sometimes less than that. Now, it runs for a couple of hours and still isn't done. I've taken a look at the logs, but am having trouble seeing what the problem is.
My setup is:
Windows 7 64 bit running on a mid-2010 Mac Mini
Latest version of Plex Media Server (1.0.0.2261)
Content is stored on an UNRAID server, mapped as network drives in Windows.
My UNRAID drives are not reporting any errors, and I've run chkdsk and boot-up disk check on my Windows boot drive, but the slow scanning is still occurring.
The scanner and server logs are attached. Any help would be appreciated.
