Plex app Windows 10 - Always transcoding?

Hello,

I currently use plex home theater but sometimes i have image problems.
So i wanted to test Plex app for Windows 10 but my problem is that it doesn't want to Direct Play any video, mandatory transcoding !
With plex home theater no problem. Plex server no transcoding.

Is this normal with Plex app ? (Direct Play option is enable). Do you have a solution ?
Is it because application is young ? Must wait ?
Before buying Plex app, I'd understand.
