I'm still having problems with PMS becoming unresponsive about about 20min-1hr. I'm running version 1.9.2.4285.
Plex works fine initially but after an hour or so it will stop responding. My Roku or Android phone can no longer find the server or if it can it won't allow anything to play. You can find media to play but when "play" is selected nothing happens. In order to fix it I have to close the PMS on the computer's task bar and then remove the "Plex Media Server.exe" from the Task Manager. Then I can restart the PMS and it works fine again. I don't get any errors that I see. After selecting Play I've let it sit for 15 minutes thinking maybe it was just incredibly slow but still no errors.
I need help, I admit I'm not the most savy with computers. This problem just started happening about a month ago. I can't say if it was a specific Plex update or maybe a Windows Update that could have caused it?
I do see 14 conhost.exe's in my task manager even 24 hours after I start the PMS, and about 12 PlexScriptHost.exe's running too.
